Changes in the K+S AG Supervisory Board

Dr. Elke Eller (55), Diplom-Volkswirtin, member of the Board of Executive Directors of TUI Aktiengesellschaft, Hanover.

Gerd Grimmig (65), Diplom-Bergingenieur, retiree, former member of the Board of Executive Directors of K+S Aktiengesellschaft.

Nevin McDougall (51), Master of Agriculture, independent consultant/entrepreneur, NLM Management Inc.

Jella Benner-Heinacher (58), lawyer, principal managing director (deputy chair) of the Deutsche Schutzvereinigung für Wertpapierbesitz e.V. was re-elected to the supervisory board.

Their term of office will end with the expiry of the annual general meeting that will adopt a discharge resolution for the 2022 financial year.

On April 10, 2018, delegates representing German K+S Group enterprises elected the following employee representatives to the supervisory board of K+S Aktiengesellschaft:

Michael Knackmuß, André Bahn, Peter Bleckmann, Axel Hartmann, Anke Roehr, Gerd Kübler, Petra Adolph, and Ralf Becker. Their term of office will end with the expiry of the annual general meeting that will adopt a discharge resolution for the 2022 financial year.
