Trainee programs at K+S
Our trainee programs are demand-oriented career entry and induction programs for academic beginners with initial work experience, and graduates. Our trainees can expect a program consisting of job rotations, project work, and on-the-job training. The aim is for our trainees to be optimally integrated into the company, to get to know the corporate culture and working environment, and to build up their own professional network that can be of use later, when becoming specialists or leaders. During the entire trainee program, the trainee always has a contact person at their side. Each of our trainees has a unique area of responsibility.
