For the fields of mechanical engineering, process engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering or electrical, energy and power plant engineering.
With us, you can put your knowledge into practice right from the start. After a short familiarization phase at the holding company in Kassel, you will go straight on to work at one of our K+S Group production sites. Exciting and responsible tasks await you there. Within our trainee program, you will be systematically introduced to your future job, e.g. as a planning engineer, project engineer or assistant to the technical management. By getting to know several locations and business areas, you will gain an insight into the various tasks of our engineers and build up your own professional network. A personalized progression plan and a technical and interdisciplinary qualification program will ensure your systematic development. At the end of the trainee program, you will take up your position as a junior engineer at a K+S Group site.

After a short introductory phase at the Kassel site, you will start your individual trainee program directly with an assignment at one of our K+S Group production sites. Exciting projects and responsible tasks await you there. During the course of the program, you will get to know several sites and business units and gain insights into the various tasks of our engineers.
